Just a small correction regarding TWINE.,
Contrary to a previous post, The World is Not Enough will not be included in the 3rd gift set. Rather, this 2nd gift set will include an empty space for The World is Not Enough DVD, which will only be sold seperately.
An explanation: In sales numbers, studios can’t count units sold in sets (in this case, The World is Not Enough) as sales. So, in order to keep the sales numbers for TWINE as high possible, it will only be available seperately, and not as part of any set.

|James Bond returns to DVD,
James Bond once again returns to the DVD format in some of his best movies. This collection will finish out all of the introduction of the Bond actors. I was amazed at the first wave of James BondDVD’s, and am anxious to see this wave of 007 on DVD. Personally, I think DVD enhances the movie for the modern era. If you ever watch the old Bond’s on VHS, you can tell how old the movie is. With DVD, you will only be able to appreciate the beauty of the movie, as it was first presented in the theater.
Icluded in this collection #2 is my all time favorite “On Her Majesty’s Secret Serivce.” Followed by that is “Dr. No,” “Moonraker,” “The Man With The Golden Gun,” and finally “The Spy Who Loved Me.” Also what is included in the collection is most of Roger Moore’s productions of Bond. I thought Roger Moore did an excellent job as Bond, as though he was skeptical in “Live and Let Die.” I think that the reviewer below is right about “The World Is Not Enough.” I think there will be a slot for “The World Is Not Enough” for you to place once you order it. It makes sense though. Why would MGM release all of the Bond movies on DVD at the time of “The World Is Not Enough” release and not a spot to put “TWINE?”
The DVD extras will be neat to watch and you are able to learn more about the movie. Along with the documentaries, you have the audio commentary tracks available on all of the Bond DVD’s. If they are anything like the original giftset, which I think they will, James Bond fans like myself are in for a real treat.
This is a must for Bond fans who are looking to complete their 007 DVD collection. This is a special gift set for the Bond collector and enthusiast.

Pay a lot of attention to her, play with her, interact in other different ways.
spending quality time with her, playing with her, letting her talk (yup, even 5 year olds have things they need to say), hugging her, telling her you love her… the list goes on and on.
Spending time with her and showing patience.
spend as much quality time with her reading, doing crafts, drawings playing games. do anything you can to show her that your love is enough to keep her happy by doing some of these things with her.
Through giving of yourself, in time & interest.
Do something special with her. Pack a picnic lunch. Feed the ducks. Go bike riding or roller blading. Watch her favorite video with her. Let her help make a cake or cut out some cookies.

There is a maganet that I hang on my refrigerator that has 101 encouraging and loving words to say to your child that shows them how much you love them. Simple things that you and I take for granted, or think of them in that frame of mind, but dont’ voice it in our busy world. If you search it online you will probably find one. If not I can scan it and send it to you.
The best gift parents can give is the gift of being a good parent. Spending time with them, doing something together (maybe something she chooses to do), Being there not just physically, but emotionally are the gifts that last forever (Someone put that on a card) lol,
Not sure if money is the issue or you just dont want to give a purchased gift but look for free things you can do in your community.
Activities are great. And even better than that is just giving them your attention. Ask what they did at school or sitter, ask them what they are looking at out the window, ask them about what they are watching on tv. And the best way is to have that one on one time. Read her a story before bed or make up a story together. It will only take 5 -10 minutes but it establishes closeness and lets your child know that you care.
Let her watch the “older kid shows”
Little kids love that. They look up to older kids and watching those types of shows makes them happy. It worked for me when I was young.
5 year old love to be read to. Teach her/him how to read at least one word by site…he, she, the, and, LOVE. When you come to that word, let them read that one and let them know that loving parents read with their children and sometimes the child reads to them. In the long run, they will remember that you read with them because you loved them. The quality time, the closeness and the ability to read will last forever.

Time in most important. All the gifts in the world can’t replace the time you spend with your daughter. My mom always spent a lot of time with me when i was little and now we are best friends. There has to be some kind of activity you coud do with her. There are a lot of crafts out there you could definitely find something at a craft store that would hold interest. Also, you could take her to the movies. Or…have a movie night at home with some popcorn.
Have her help bake cookies, or brownies, or cake.
There is a ton of stuff you two could do to spend time together which is the most important thing to show your love.
Also, (and this goes for everyone you love not just your children), but make sure you say “I Love You”. You can never say that too much.
Spend as much time as you can with her, go out and play in the park, read out to her, sing songs, paint.. there are lots of options.
My mother used to read out stories to me when I was little, I still remember those days very fondly!
Listen to her, take what she says seriously, answer her questions honestly, praise every success and downplay every failure, give her choices and support the choices she makes, feed her, clothe her, house her, protect her from harm, and make her feel secure every single second of every single day. Basically, be a decent parent.
